MINUTES OF THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
LAS VEGAS PARADISE SERTOMA CLUB
The May meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Paradise Sertoma Club was held on Tuesday May 1, 2012 at Denny’s Restaurant at 12:15 p.m.
Board members present were Jerry Polis, Virginia Price, Dick Fait, Laurie Fait, Chris Donohue, James Leek and Jane Pinjuv.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman of the Board, Jerry Polis.
The minutes of the April board meeting were unanimously approved as written.
Jane Pinjuv gave the Treasurer’s report. It was moved, seconded and unanimously approved.
Laurie Fait passed out advertising sheets for the 2012-13 football books.
Jane Pinjuv won the monthly drawing and Laurie Fait purchased the fine free badge for May.
The next board meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 5, 2012.
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the meeting be adjourned.
