MINUTES OF THE MONTHLY MEETING OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
LAS VEGAS PARADISE SERTOMA CLUB
The January meeting of the Board of Directors of Las Vegas Paradise Sertoma Club was held on Tuesday, January 3, 2012 at Denny’s Restaurant at 12:15 p.m.
Board members present were Jerry Polis, Chris Donohue, Dana Donohue, James Leek, Dick Fait, Laurie Fait, Virginia Price and Jane Pinjuv. Guests present were Colleen Donohue and Greg Fait.
The meeting was called to order by Chairman of the Board, Jerry Polis.
The minutes of the December board meeting were unanimously approved as written.
Jane Pinjuv gave the Treasurer’s report. It was moved, seconded and unanimously approved.
Jerry Polis reported that there were 28 fall scholarships.
Laurie Fait presented the final week winner list, 2011 weekly drawing winner list and game book winners for the season. Before we get a final tally of the year’s income, we have to wait for the checks to clear which could be as late as the end of March.
Jerry Polis won the monthly drawing and Laurie Fait purchased the fine free badge for January.
Our annual holiday party will be held on Sunday, January 15, 2012 at the Fait’s. Laurie will send the sign-up sheet for food around at the next meeting.
The next board meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 7, 2012.
It was moved, seconded and unanimously carried that the meeting be adjourned.
